Newcomers Party!

The Village of the Four Seasons has a Newcomer's Party every year, and every year we miss it for one reason or another. This year we were determined to make it and boy are we glad we did!

The Firetruck was there!

We looked around for firefighters but couldn't find any.

I couldn't resist taking this picture, though.

Alex is shorter than the truck's TIRE!

As luck would have it, we met up with a couple of Firefighters and they were more than happy to give Alex the grand tour:

He got to sit in the driver's seat,

(This was on the driver's side door, I thought it was pretty cool.)

He got to try on a helmut!

He passed the quiz about the colors of the lights...

It was AWESOME!

At the end of the tour, the firefighter's told us we could come back to the Fire Station any time we wanted! Yay! We might just have to take them up on that offer!

Alex thanked the firefighter's and gave them all five's, and we headed off to enjoy more of our Newcomer Party adventure. There were all kinds of fun things to do, fun things to eat, and fun people to see.
