Tea Party!

A couple of weeks ago, we had a Tea Party at our house. We had lots of fun playing, eating, and decorating tea pot and cup and saucer shaped cookies.

The Answer!

Much to my surprise, found below was a bottle of V8 Diet Splash (Berry Blend...it's really delicious and full of antioxidants and vitamins)!

Laundry Help

Alex helped me with the laundry today. I loaded the washer...he loaded the dryer. Hmmmm.....

Contents:

1.) Various Dirty Clothes

2.) Swiffer Sweeper Wipes

3.) Bottle of Wine

4.) Various Plastic Bags

I'm sure there is more below in there...but I'm too scared to look. Any guesses at the remaining contents? I think I kind of have to go with: A peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

What did I do!?!

Note to Self: Never, ever let anyone peer pressure you in to cutting your child's hair. No matter how many people say, 'He needs a haircut'.

Although, after playing with it a little bit, I did eventually find my little punk rocker!

It Finally Froze!

Chris and I have heard that the Lake has frozen over in the past, but year after year, ice storm after ice storm, we are disappointed in not getting to see the lake freeze. This year....aha! On Saturday morning I saw that part of the main channel had frozen, so I ran home to take pictures. I couldn't believe it had actually frozen from one side to the other of the main channel. Sunday I was even more shocked to see that the whole lake was frozen. It was beautiful...I'm so glad I finally got to see it! I was beginning to think that the Lake freezing was just an urban legend.



On a side note...the kids are doing great...inside! Unfortunately, it has been too too too cold to play outside in the snow. :(
